I have received the information that part of the TV coverage can be seen in the RTP international. This is on the Eutelsat satellite (13 E, 11.727 GHz, Transponder 50, Polarization V, CLEAR, PAL).
But Bernie doesn't allow live coverage of the stages in that channel. Nevertheless the programs "Jornal da Tarde" (13h00/13h40), "Em Jogo" (13h45/14h15), "Telejornal" (20h00/20h45) and "Remate" (hour unknow in RTP i) will have summaries and live reports from the roads.
