Registration fee
Early registration: 200 €
Late registration: 250 €
It includes the conference documentation, a welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunches, an excursion (Thursday afternoon) and the conference dinner (Friday).
Lunch tickets for accompanying persons will be available at cost. For taking part in the social programme (welcome party, excursion, conference dinner) there will be a fee paid at arrival.
Information about the excursion
There will be three options (they all include a snack at the last stop):
1. Terra Nostra Garden
Departure by bus from Ponta Delgada towards the Gorreana Tea Factory (brief visit); short stop in Caldeiras das Furnas; visit to the Terra Nostra Botanical Garden: here you can walk in the gardens or have a swim in its Thermal Water Pool.
2. Sete Cidades
Departure by bus from Ponta Delgada towards Vista do Rei; brief stop and descent to the village; small walk around the lagoon of Sete Cidades volcano.
3. Agrião Trail
Departure by bus from Ponta Delgada towards the village of Povoação. Walk through the Agrião Trail (7.6 km) ending at the beach of Ribeira Quente.
Cost for accompanying persons: 40 Euros.
