The registration fee includes the opening reception, Wednesday excursion
(Lynn Canyon visit and Harbour dinner cruise), the
conference banquet on Friday night and morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
Please register by June 30 to be assured of space on the excursion and at the banquet.

Category Theory, in Canadian dollars or in US dollars with the adjustments made as

The Canadian postal strike is now over so registrations can now be once again be paid by cheque using surface mail. Registrations that were caught in the strike should now be received and recorded within a few days.
You also have the option of registering by making a telegraphic bank
transfer instead of sending a cheque. If you choose this option you
should make sure that the receiving bank account gets the full amount
of the registration fee after all bank fees are deducted.
After completing the bank transfer you should send a photocopy
of the transfer as well as the registration form to John MacDonald (johnm@math.ubc.ca)
so that receipt of the payment can be verified.
Please note that accommodation in single rooms in Gage Towers can be
booked through this website.
Please reserve early because the housing
block currently being held for conference participants will be
released to the general public one month prior to the start of the
conference. Please send an email to John MacDonald (johnm@math.ubc.ca) if you require
accommodation for yourself and an accompanying person or persons since
we may be able to arrange to book a few such rooms at a special rate
for CT2011.
