Lecture Rooms: The talks will be in Room Pedro Nunes (entrance level of the Mathematics Department) with one exception: the talk by Walter Tholen, titled "A personal glance at George's Category Theory", will be presented at the Museum Machado de Castro.

Sunday, 17:30-19:30, Registration / Welcome Reception: at the Cafetaria do Museu (Cafeteria of the Science Museum), 5m walking distance from the Math Department; see the location in the map below.


Monday, after the afternoon Coffee Break: guided tour to the historical site of the University Paço das Escolas (Joanine Library, Saint Michael's Chapel, Sala Grande dos Actos, University Tower).

Wednesday, 14:30-19:00: Excursion to the Mata do Bussaco (30Km North of Coimbra).

Thursday, 19:30, Conference Dinner: at the Museu Machado de Castro. Before the dinner there will be a guided tour to the Roman Cryptoportico in the basements of the museum. This is the cryptoportico erected by the Roman administration in the middle of the 1st century, to support the building that became the political, administrative and religious centre of Aeminium Roman Coimbra.
